Thordon has developed a range of proprietary polymer journal bearing solutions for different applications and operating environments.
The polymer bearings operate pollution free without oil or grease, provide long wear life and offer a good combination of low friction, high elasticity and good mechanical properties (abrasion and shock resistance). Thordon bearing material is available in several grades to fulfill our customer’s needs.
We can deliver fully finished bearings or rough molded tubes for customers to manufacture themselves.DUWEL makes sure to provide calculations and drawings before production starts.
